Easter Stitching

Rev Deb from Just Enough Time has photos of two Easter-appropriate projects. The first is Mike Vickery's Emerald Cross (which I think I might have in a book...hmm). The other is an El Salvadoran embroidered stole that's just gorgeous.

Napa Stitcher

The Napa Valley Register (CA, US) profiled Mary Ellen Walters, a local stitcher. From the photos, it looks
like she's a BAP stitcher
- I recognize designs from Mirabilia, Lavender & Lace, and I think a Passione
Ricamo in the back.
Although, someone needs to introduce her to daylight spectrum fluorescent lightbulbs; she says she uses 300watt bulbs now and they burn her
lampshade!
